Sometimes you may want your users to close a step by clicking on the background instead of a close button. There is a simple way to configure the step so that when users click away, it dismisses the pop-up. You'll need to set up a click trigger and backdrop.

How to set it up:

  1. Add a backdrop to a step. You can customize the color and opacity. If you prefer to make the backdrop not visible, drag the opacity level to the left. You can read more about the backdrop here.

  1. Next add a click trigger that will deactivate the step when clicked on the backdrop. The selector for the backdrop is: .inmplayer-backdrop. You can read more about triggers here. This way when a user clicks on the backdrop, the step will close.
