Understanding Banner Analytics in Inline Manual
Banner analytics provide valuable insights into how users interact with your banners. This data helps you measure engagement, optimize content, and improve user experiences.
Accessing Banner Analytics
To view banner analytics, navigate to: Sites > Analytics > Banners
This section presents a table summarizing key metrics for each banner:
Total Views – The number of times the banner was displayed.
Unique Users – The count of distinct users who have seen the banner.
Total Clicks – The number of times users clicked on the banner.
Closed – How many times users closed the banner.
Each banner entry in the table is linked to its detailed analytics page.

Clicking on a specific banner in the analytics table reveals more in-depth data, including:
A breakdown of clicks per reference ID.
Unique users who interacted with the banner.
CSV export option for further analysis - which can be used to import and tag users in People tab.
