There are two ways to update the Builder browser, and here's how:

Option 1: The Chrome Extensions manager

Step 1

Deactivate the Builder extension, then right-click on the Builder extension in your browser's toolbar and click on "Manage Extension"

Step 2

On the extension manager that opens, take note of the current version number of the Builder, then click on "Update" (it's typically on the top left of the page). This should update the Builder to the latest version.

Option 2: Browser Restart

When you restart your Chrome browser, this should trigger an extension update, which is the default behaviour of the browser. You can check the version number of the Builder after the restart. If this doesn't work, please follow the first approach earlier to force the update.
